When we co-created an infection control course during the Covid-19 outbreak to educate others on the optimum standard of hygiene and safety, we did so to raise the bar of our industry’s practices and protect public health. Our legacy
BAMS traces its roots back to 1990 BAMS a family owned business was established Building & Maintenance Services. Brian’s background as a security guard and his passion for carpentry, which was a family tradition, laid the foundation of the company. Such was his dedication that he obtained a building licence in every state of Australia and New Zealand.
In its early days, BAMS responded to natural disasters, crime scene maintenance, building rectification and cleaning needs. Brian recognised opportunities for growth and diversified BAMS’s services into new divisions including Joinery Manufacturing, Fitouts, Cleaning, and Security.
Brian’s foresight and determination, supported by Alexandra’s contributions to the day-to-day running and growth of the business, launched BAMS to new heights, obtaining licences in all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand across diverse areas.Today, BAMS stands as a testament to their visionary leadership. We embody their dedication to providing unparalleled services to our clients nationwide and continuing their legacy of innovation.
How we got here
1990
Building & Maintenance Services Pty Ltd (BAMS) is founded. BAMS begins responding to natural disasters, crime scene clean-ups, and emergency building works and repairs.
1990s
BAMS obtains licenses across Australia and New Zealand
2000
BAMS diversifies its services to include joinery manufacturing and fitouts.
2015
BAMS expands its services to include Cleaning and Hygiene Management.
2020
